To get help requesting an item, contact the library.
With your library card, you can borrow items from 40+ Minuteman libraries. You can request items from any Minuteman library for pickup in Natick.
Search our catalog to find items you want to borrow. To request an item for pickup, click Request beside an item. You will be prompted to sign in with a library card number and PIN.
We will email or call you when your item is ready for pickup. Held items are across from the Circulation Desk and are organized by last name.
We hold requested items for 7 days. If you can't pick up an item in time, contact the Circulation Desk at 508-647-6520 or email@example.com. In some cases, we can extend the pickup date by a few days.
If you don’t find an item in the Minuteman catalog, you can request items from the Virtual Catalog, which includes most public libraries and public college libraries in Masschusetts. Learn more about the Virtual Catalog.
Our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service allows you to borrow items from many U.S. libraries. In addition to books, music, and movies, you can request microfilm and articles from journals, newspapers, and magazines.
We charge $2 per interlibrary loan item.
If an item is not available in the Minuteman catalog or Virtual Catalog, contact the Reference Department at 508-647-6521 or firstname.lastname@example.org to request an interlibrary loan.
