Take apart consumer electronics and see what makes them tick! We’ll salvage useful parts for your own projects and discuss how things work. It’s also a good introduction to safe tool use (simple hand tools) and good practice. Maker Kevin Osborn will also demo some of his projects including a cool open source photobooth!
This event is free of charge & registration is not required. For more information, contact Robin Fosdick at email@example.com or call 508.647.6400 ext 1546.
Spark a Reaction is sponsored by the Morse Institute Library, the Massachusetts Regional Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. Teen programs are also generously supported by the Friends of the Library.
