The latest Natick Historical Society exhibit at the Morse Institute Library reveals the intricate layers of Victorian undergarments that were used to achieve the fashionable silhouette of the day as well as the cultural significance. The exhibit also explores the clever design and material choice of a single finely tailored Victorian bodice. Several pieces from the Society’s textile collection including a bustle, corset, and chemise are on display in the Local History exhibit case on the first floor.
We offer exhibit space to local artists or artist groups at no charge. Some artists’ work is available for purchase.
