Morse Institute Library Museum Passes

With your Minuteman Library Network library card you can check out discount passes to area attractions like Boston Children’s Museum, Museum of Science, Museum of Fine Arts, Franklin Park Zoo, and even the Pawtucket Red Sox!

Reserve a Pass Now!

Reserve your pass, check out the pass from the Library, and enjoy your discount! You may also reserve passes by stopping by in person or call the Library at 508-647-6520.

  • Passes can be booked up to 13 days in advance
  • Your pass will be available for pick-up 1 day before your reservation date. Passes not picked up by noon time of the reservation date will be released to other patrons.
  • Please return non-paper passes to the Morse Institute Library by 10 am the next day. Late passes incur a $3.00/day late fee.
  • Your family may reserve up to 1 pass per day, 2 passes per two-week period, and 1 pass per school vacation week.
  • To cancel your reservation, please contact the library at 508-647-6520 as soon as possible.

Aldrich Astronomical Society library telescope program

Orion StarBlast Telescope

Discover a sky filled with star clusters, planets, galaxies, and nebulae right in your own backyard! The Orion StarBlast Telescope is easy to use, with no assembly needed for viewing. With a relatively large optical tube, the Moon, planets, and deep sky objects will show far more detail than one could see with other beginner telescopes.

Reserve the Telescope kit using on our online reservation system.

The Telescope Kit is available to any Minuteman Library Network card Holder, age 18 and older with a library account in good standing. The kit is loaned for one week with no renewals, and a $3.00 per day late fee. If the telescope kit is not picked up on the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled.

The Telescope kit includes:

  • Orion StarBlast Reflector Telescope with attached EZ Finder targeting system and Explorer II zoom eyepiece
  • Telescope instruction manual and stargazing tips
  • National Audubon Society pocket guide to constellations
  • Red and white light headlamp

This telescope was donated to the library through funding by MathWorks of Natick and is supported by the Aldrich Astronomical Society, Inc.
